Favourites keeps disappearing

  • Hi there
    Some of my users have this issue where they will save their bookmarks and it will appear in the Favourites Widget I made on the side panel, but as soon as they start scrolling all their books disappear. It will reappear on refresh but disappear soon afterwards.

    Any ideas?

    I need to add, it only does this on my subscribers. Not on any of the Admin accounts…mind blown
