    Hi,

when I share on Facebook or Linked, the homepage name and favicon get embedded into Facebook’s post instead of post title and featured image..how can I configure this?

  • Hi, @felippe90.

Social networks look for “Open Graph” tags to determine what image and title to use.

You can use a plugin such as Yoast SEO or Open Graph to enable those tags on your posts.

If you’re already using Open Graph and not seeing the correct image or title, please could you link to the page you’ve been trying to share?

Thanks for your prompt reply Nick. I’m not using it..I’ll investigate on it and I’ll get back to you in several days. PS I’m using Jetpack and I’m not sure if that has to do with something

    Cheers,
    Felippe

I found what was the problem…I had Coming Soon Page & Maintenance Mode by SeedProd plug in turned on .As soon as I disabled it, everything was fine.

Well done, @felippe90. Thanks for letting us know!
