    Are you trying to download:
    – Comments left on the story you published to your Facebook Timeline?
    – Comments entered via the Comments Box social plugin?

    Hello!
    I appreciate the fast responses.
I do not want my comments to have anything to do with the wordpress comment system. In fact I have them disabled. I want all comments seen to relate to facebook.

So I am trying to do this…
    – Comments left on the story you published to your Facebook Timeline

    and vice versa.

So I write up a blog, then post a link from facebook to the post. Then comments 1,2, and 3 on facebook are made. Later comments 4,5,6 and made on the blog itself. When anyone them looks at the facebook post they see comments 1,2,3,4,5,6. Then if they look at my blog post, they see comments 1,2,3,4,5,6.

    Seamless. All comments are seen.

Possible or am I miss understanding?

    Thanks!
    Jason

I believe I answered this question here:

You choose the privacy context of new posts to your Facebook Timeline through. Comments on that post may not be public. Comments left inside Comments Box are controlled by administrators of your associated Facebook app and moderators you choose. Comments Box supports additional login providers not supported when commenting on your Timeline.

    Hello
I am not sure that you understand or if I am explaining it correctly. Probably the latter.

TO start over, I want absolutely nothing to do with the comment system built into wordpress. I do not like it and it is disabled. I am hoping the facebook widget system does not rely on it. The link you referenced does not talk about my exact problem.

    Here is an example.
Here is a blog post from margaritaville.
    https://www.margaritaville.com/news.html?n_id=3540&y=2013&m=3

Here is their facebook post with a link to the blog post above.
    https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10151623854883319&set=a.126570708318.127596.12596453318&type=1

Now the facebook side has over 105 comments. The blog post has about 8.
Oddly the 8 posts do not appear on the facebook page.

If this was on my site, I would want both my blog and the facebook post to show 113 comments, the 105 + 8. Look at my blog post, 113 comments below it. Look at the facebook post, see the same 113 comments

Does that make better sense? I can be confusing at times, but the fact that margaritaville does not even do what I want done tells me this may not be an option and the posts are separate?

    Thank you!
    Jason
