FB Comments slow

We did this on purpose, in case the user wanted FB comments showing on the homepage via the shortcode. The SDK load time is minimal and doesnt affect much at all for this to be governed by page/post/arhive or homepage.

The two scripts are bigger than all others except for the WordPress Includes.
