    Hi,
I have a large number of products as I am an e-commerce store. However, all my variable products keep being split out as separate products on my Facebook store? Also, old out of stock products are also being shown up, id like these to stay hidden.

    Can you please advise?

That’s just how it works per FB.

As for out of stock or no longer available you can edit them right on FB inside your catalog..

So there is nothing that can be done?

The best way that I know how is to now use the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. What I’ve started to do myself is create a manual catalog to see the difference. I just haven’t had time to start adding products.

After a meeting I had with Facebook about 2 months ago they advise ONLY adding products manually to a catalog. Not using a plugin. This plugin has ruined our integration to say the least.

    Hi @littlegentsclothing

WooCommerce.com has a really great relationship with Facebook, and, as part of that, they’ve developed the extension you are using themselves. They’re also supporting the extension, providing help with getting it up and working the best way possible on your store.

You can get help with Facebook by using their support page on GitHub.

You also can also find extensive documentation at the Facebook Adviser Help Center.

The things they are looking for when you contact them are:

    1. Facebook Page URL
    2. WordPress and WooCommerce version number
    3. Facebook Plugin version number
    4. How many products you have
    5. Types of products (i.e. anything besides simple/variable products won’t work)
    6. Do you have Duplicate SKUs in your system?
    7. What kind of customization plugins you’re using (if any)?

As your query is related to a plugin which isn’t WooCommerce core, I’m going to mark this as resolved.

If you have any further questions about WooCommerce core, you can start a new thread.

    Thanks,
