My site is an active site, so you can’t see and check the popup as the plugin is switched off. Switching on showed only a frame with a selected text in it like “Like us on facebook” but the fb window/buttons were not displaying at all within the frame.
(I selected the facebook popup on the plugin chart, typed the text in, and tested with all listed fb design possibilities as default, small, button, button with count ect., but none of them was showing up.)
I have been facing the same problem with all tried exit intent and popup fb plugin, since like a year.
My site is “located” in the EU.
The fb like buttons were visible on my page by visitors from all the world except European Union countries. After spending days for troubleshooting, I was told by an expert figuring out the fact, this phenomenon is due to the fb setting for complying the European GDPR rules. And it has been so far.
As I used your plugin some years ago, and was giving 5 star, I gave a chance to see if it works with fb within the EU, but unfortunately not.
Not your plugin is the dark side, but the fb.
