We are unable to replicate this issue at our end. You would like to try clearing browser cache.
If you still face issue, let us know your website url.

You would like to check if some add-on in your browser is blocking the request to FB SDK.

    Hi Team,

I rechecked it on other machine with Windows and found that it gives the same console error as ” Uncaught ReferenceError: FB is not defined “

Also, I tried by removing all extension but no luck, still struggling to find RC.

It’s happening when you click Facebook Button before Facebook SDK has been loaded. You have forced Facebook icon to display (even before FB SDK loads) using custom CSS. But it will only work when Facebook SDK has been loaded. So, if you wait till the page loads fully, you will find it working.

    Hi Team,

That’s unbelievable its working now, I did click after the page was loaded previously but it didn’t work, that’s very strange ??

Thanks a lot for all your help..!

Also, I wanted to know if there is a provision to fetch more details like date of birth, mobile number etc.. because currently it fetches only first and last name along with email. Please let me know if it does.

    Thanks again…!

It is possible if you can get the corresponding permissions approved on your Facebook app.

    Hi,

The reason is same as before. If you click Facebook icon before Facebook SDK loads, it will not work. You can try disabling Include Javascript in footer option at Super Socializer > General Options page in admin area.

    Hi,

Not sure why it stops working sometimes, and it works well even when that option is checked to Include Javascript in footer.

Will check if the issues arises even after unchecking above option.

    Thanks.!
