Hi,

I have installed the Facebook Chat Plugin on my website https://protec.com.vn/. It was ok at the start, but now my chatbox can’t minimize and it keeps appearing on my homepage. And this box hides the menu bar on my homepage, so new users can’t click on some items. Can anyone help me with this issue??

Hi @irismarketingvn,

I am having the same issue. I did some checks and I concluded that it is @facebook ‘s bug.

Could anyone confirm this?

Hi @facebook, how are you?

Issue is fixed now in my case. However, on one website the privacy statement within the pop-up is long and has an option for users to chat as guests, while on another website there is no guest chat, and short privacy statement.

The issue minizing the pop-up by clicking on the bubble is fixed.

@facebook We’re experiencing the same issue of the chat box not staying minimized, but only on Edge desktop browsers. It works as intended on all other browsers. This is our development site: https://alpha.dev.project-progress.net/projects/LuxTanDallas/

Hello,

I have struggled with the problem for a long time.
You cannot minimize the chatbox and it keeps appearing on my homepage.
Clients are also complaining that the page is not good due to too big chat window.

Is there a solution finally for the problem?
