FB Pages not showing

We can publish to facebook with the approved app only. Please submit the app for approval.
If your app is already approved then please remove your app from Facebook and try to re-connect by clicking on the Authorize/Reauthorize button.
On the authorization flow,please make sure that you have checked the pages to which you want to auto publish.
