FB Pixel does not track PayPal Purchases

  • Hello,
    We have a problem tracking purchase conversions in Facebook for order paid by PayPal. Everything else works fine, the pixel tracks everything except purchases (which is a major problem). We even see “Add of payment info” event and its value, but when customer finishes the order by PayPal, it does not track the purchase event and its properties.

    I looked at version history of Pixel Caffein and saw that this was an issue but should be fixed since 2.1.0 version: “Fix – Run Purchase event afterwards when PayPal used and not returned back to website after payment”

    But apparently, the problem is still there.

    Do you have any suggestions on how to correct this? I just wanted to note that we also need to track conversion value, not only track number of purchases.
