FB Pixel firing twice

  • Hello.

    I installed pixel caffeine on my website, and I am more than happy with it. But, it seems that there are some of the orders with twice the events: add to cart, initiate check out, purchase.

    Can you please help?

    Hi,

    I’m seeing you have two pixels installed on your website, most probably because you have another plugin for Facebook Pixel other than Pixel Caffeine.

    It’s recommended to install only one Facebook Pixel ID on the website and this is, almost surely, the reason for your issue ??

    Hi Antonino. And thank you for your answer. Thing is, I thought about those 2 pixels, but the guy who is making FB ads, told me that only one pixel is in my ads. So, how come the second pixel is firing?

    Anyway, I just dezactivated the “official fb pixel”, wich was the second pixel (it was not me who installed that pixel, and I had no idea how to delete it :))))) ).
