    Hi,
I installed the plugin last week, and thought everything was OK, but it seems not ??

In Chrome, the pixel seems to be correctly installed when I check with FB Pixel Helper, but in FB, there’s nothing since last week.
I put a Trigger ‘Page Visit’ with an Event ‘View content’ on some pages, and a Trigger ‘Click on Element’ with an Event ‘Lead’ on Forms, with the ID of the forms.

FB Pixel ID is OK, but Conversions API Token shows also, nothing.

Any idea what I did wrong?

Thanks in advance for the help ??

    Hi Aod28,

Thanks for your message. I will be happy to help.

Not quite sure if I fully understand what is happening. So the standard Pixel integration is working, but the Conversion API seems to be not working ?

Do you have multiple Pixels ? Is there a chance you are viewing another Pixel in your Facebook Pixel Manager ?

Is the Facebook Events Manager – Test Events working and showing the Conversion API events are firing when you test it ? Was it working before ?

Maybe you can send us a screenshot of the “Overview” section of the Facebook Events Manager where it says “Pixel/Conversions API” ?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    All the best.

    Hi,

Sorry for the delay of reply, but I’m still pending for FB informations. I don’t manage this part.

On my side in WordPress, for Pixel Cat, everything seems to be OK. When I check in Chrome with the plugin FB Pixel Helper I can see the pixel.
In Facebook, it says that there is none activity of conversion since 14 days. It’s the only information I have for the moment.
I’m sure that it’s the right pixel because the number is the good one.

I don’t know how to join you a screenshot to the message.

I asked again today to the person who manage the Facebook part to send me the informations to tour questions.

    Best regards,

    Tiphaine

    Hi Aod28,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Is this the events manager you are looking at?

Is your Pixel on Facebook events manager ending with 551582?

Have you asked Facebook about this ? They might be better equipped to answer why the activity is not showing, but events/traffic is being sent to that Pixel ID.

Probably best if you can upload some screenshots to a site like this – https://imgbb.com/, so we can be sure you are looking at the right place on Facebook. Then you can send a link to the image you uploaded.

    All the best.

    Hi Aod28,

I am going to mark this as “resolved” but if you have any more issues, feel free to reach out to us again, and we will be happy to assist.

    All the best.

Facebook Lead Pixel not showing on desired page. The lead pixel is appearing as active in the FB events manager. However, the FB Pixel Helper is not recognizing a Lead pixel on desired lead conversion page(s). The page view pixel is showing active. I think I am missing a step on how to designate on the website side which is a lead page.

    Hi Verticalim,

    Thanks for your message.

It might be better to start your own thread for this one as per the forum rules – https://www.ads-software.com/support/forum-user-guide/faq/#i-have-the-same-problem-can-i-just-reply-to-someone-elses-post-with-me-too

Are you using the conversion API ? It’s possible the reason the event is not showing in your FB Pixel Helper is because of some anti-tracking browser extension. It would still show up in the FB events manager since the server (and not the browser) is still sending the event.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    All the best.
