FB public Profile URL no longer saved in WordPress User profile

  • In the past, Social Login Lite saved a user’s public facebook profile URL in the wordpress field “Facebook URL” when they chose “Login with facebook”.

    Facebook recently made changes to their API, but “Public profile field” is still included in my app permissions.

    Now, when new users register with Facebook, their public profile URL is no longer saved in their wordpress profile.

    Is there a plan to fix this?

    Hi there, is this problem fixed? The user’s facebook profile picture is always unable to save into the wordpress user’s profile. Is it normal?
