FDFeedburner doesn't load

Scribbler’s Travels,
After downloading FDFeedburner from WP and then from Google, I tried to install it. Each time, even after deleting the previous Feedburner plugin, I got this message:

Unpacking the package…
Incompatible Archive. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Any ideas about how to resolve this issue?
