FEATURE – Add links analytics code

There’s a method to add google analytics code to the email links?
If there’s a form to do this, it’s the best method to track people returning from the emails.

Also, how to modify the HTML of the email itself? In my case i wish to combine the post name and permalink (in this form: -a href=permalink- postname -/a-)
