It seems to be a theme issue. I see that you are using Big Slam theme from Themeforest. Please come in contact with theme developer to solve it out.

I’m sorry to hear this. I think it’s worth reaching out to them either way. Most theme providers can help you with small issues, or at least point you to the right docs.
