Feature: Forum Name in Email

    First of all, a big thanks to Vinny for this awesome plugin.

    In my latest project I wanted to display the Forum name of the of the topic Because when you have lots of forums & you get an email about new topic/reply, you don’t know in which forum it has been posted. Its frustrating. Hence I modified the code of the current version of the plugin. Here is the modified code:

    What the update Does:

    You can add Forum Name of the topic/reply anywhere in your body/subject like this: [topic-forum] or [reply-forum]
