    Hi All,

First off, thanks for trying out this new plugin! If there are any features that you’d like to see added, we’d love to hear about them. We’ll be putting out a big updates in mid-November and mid-December, so now’s your chance to get exactly what you want out of this plugin!

    Hi Elliot,

Thanks for the feature suggestions. We’ll look in to implementing some of them.

Eventually, the text of the confirm email will be editable, so the title one will probably get left until the editable emails are implemented.

In terms of timeline, how much development time we have for this project is going to depend on whether there’s a positive reaction to it in the WP community (downloads, reviews, etc.), so hard to say exactly when these features would be available.

    Just received another suggestion…

…Descending order of numbers for review rating pulldowns.

I understand. Like I’ve said, your plugin deserves a good response. I’m hoping that by giving it a thorough user test, this can help you reach your goals.

    Hi all,

We’ve added an attribute, redirect_page, to the submit reviews shortcode. If you wanted to redirect someone after they successfully submit a review it would look something like:

    [submit-review redirect_page='https://www.example.com']

We’ve also added an option below “Email Confirmation” on the back-end that lets you not display the submit review form when an email is being confirmed.

    Many Thanks

Will get that on the site and tested over the next day or two

Thanks for adding that redirect_page attribute. I’ve given the whole process a test front-to-back and everything works great.

My only remaining issue is that I’d like to create a “review this product…” link on every one of my product pages. This link would open up the one review form. But, the user will still have to select the product from the dropdown. Is there any way to autopopulate the product name dropdown based on a passed parameter from the product page to the review page?

Would also like the products in the product name pulldown (review form) to be sorted alphabetically so that when we add new products down the road, they will be easily accessible by reviewers. Thx.

You can now specify the product_name attribute for the submit-review shortcode via the URL:

    www.example.com/?product_name=Hairnet

For the sorting, we’re thinking about ways to allow the order to be specified. Forcing it to be alphabetical definitely isn’t in the cards; there are a lot of uses where that wouldn’t be a desirable outcome.

Thanks for that product_name url-passing change. I’ve just integrated it.

WRT the sorting, I’m sure you can see my issue…

We regularly add new products and they will always be added to the end of the product list (unless I delete all products and re-enter them which is a big effort). Perhaps an optional setting would be helpful (default to off for the users who don’t want that feature).

I’m just testing the newest version 1.1.0. Thanks for implementing the new product sort option. I can’t figure out how to use it, though. When in the “Settings” screen (Product List Option), I don’t see how I can drag-and-drop the products to reorder them, as described in the release documentation.

Please let me know how to utilize this feature. Thanks.

    Hi Elliot,

You should be able to click and hold on a product’s name to move it higher or lower in the product list. You might need to refresh the page to get the new javascript file loaded for this to work correctly.

Yes. It’s working now after refreshing javascript file.

Hello, please how can I buy PRO version?
    Thank you, Iva

    Hello, there is a mistake.
    I put two Review Categories.
If I rate 10/10 and 10/10 the total result on my web is 6,7/10 intead of 10/10. In user interface in review details the total result is ok.
    Please can you explain this?
I am thinking to buy premium version.
    Thank you, Iva

    Hi xstri,

If you go to the Settings area in the plugin admin, you’ll see there’s a “Upgrade to the full version” link, which you can click to purchase the premium version.

Could you please send us a link to the page with your reviews on it. That average definitely doesn’t make sense.

    Thank you

Looks like a great plugin guys!

Does your plugin have the ability to send out reminder ‘Please leave a review’ emails X (be able to be set) days after a Woocommerce order has been placed?

Would be great to have this feature, with the ability to send an email with a direct 1-click link, so people can leave a review straight away without even having to log in (and for this to be marked as a verified review, since the person followed a unique link). And to have the option to set emails to go out all orders, those marked as completed, processing etc.

Hope this feedback is helpful, and look forward to seeing what you can come up with.

    Thanks!
