Feature Image?

Hi,

I just downloaded this theme and love it, thank you! I have posts set as excerpt, but for some reason my images are tiny. I tried to adjust the size of my thumbnails under settings but nothing changed. What am I doing wrong/how do I fix this? The site is: https://www.adashofluxury.com. Thank you for your help!
