Where exactly are you looking for the files? Are you under Media in the backend or are you in the media selection for feature images? Does the problem exist in both places?

Yes you are right the actual problem is only in Media Selection where i m unable to find images when i trying to search.

You are looking for the component of an Alt text in your screenshot. This is not searched here. Search for a part of a file name, e.g. “egypt”.
