Feature image is showing twice on the detail page

The first image comes from your theme. Add the following CSS code in your theme’s style.css file and check by clearing your browser cache.

Please do not recommend changing the theme files directly as those changes will be lost when the theme is updated. There are several options for adding custom CSS:

• If you have a child theme you can add the CSS to the style.css file.
• If you are using WordPress 4.7+ you can use the “Additional CSS” option in the Customizer.
• If your theme has a custom CSS option you can use that to add the CSS.
• Install a plugin like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/simple-css/.

And yes, I do have a child theme and use the Additional CSS in customizer as well, so that’s where I placed this code.

I’ve tried everything including adding the above code to my theme’s CSS (Avada) but the feature image is still duplicating.
