Feature Image issue

    Hello,

    Just download it. Seems to be great but the external link I use to feature image…not showing on post himself ?? on website mobile version.
    Seems to not like to have same external url twice on same post/page (on feature image and post content).

    I’m using wptouch plugin for mobile version. Please take a look and help.

    Also some other external links on pages I use are missing sometimes on mobile. Seems to be an conflict with page refresh/cache (wptouch cache maybe?)

    Hello,

    My iPhone 7 plus has 1920-by-1080-pixel resolution at 401 ppi, 5,5 inch screen size.
    I’m using safari browser on my phone.

    For my issue ,how can I post images here on forum.

    @nicorel, please try to use Chrome or Firefox. Safari is an obsolete browser in my opinion.

    You can scroll down posts on my Facebook Page.
    All posts with no photos ?? are from feature image issue i told due to Feature Image from URL plugin :(.
    You should find a fix please.

    I found out the problem, @nicorel.

    Jetpack is checking if there is an internal image on the post. If it doesn’t find it, it won’t allow you to use the external image as featured image of your sharing post.

    To solve it for now, you can set an internal image always you set an external image. It can be anything, once the internal image won’t be shown.

    Or you can ask to Jetpack team to solve that.

    I intend to create a solution that will trick Jetpack. But it need be voted first.
