Feature image replacing product title on shop page

Your shop page looks properly broken! Did you ask for support from the theme vendor? Their techs know their theme best. For commercial themes, support is usually included in the price.

Thank you for your reply. I had hoped for some custom css or the likes – but you say that is is more fundamental than that?

Try this in your custom css, it may get you part way there.

.project-list-media {display:none}

It solved the featured image problem, but also threw away the roll-over functionality inclusive “put in basket” and “navigate to product”.

Any suggestions that keeps those functionalities but lets the initial problem dissapear?
