Feature Image too big in its page

Hello everyone. I’m new at this. But I already have done some things and I’m getting along with it.
All the problems that I had so far I found my way to solve it through the Forum or any other kind of support, but this one got me.
I have the theme I-Max with some nice plugins, one of those is the “Our team”. The plugin is working fine but the problem is that it creates a page for every person. So when you click on each team member square it sends you to a page with the featured image in a HUGE size(the size is not an standard and could vary between 1200 to 1600px. And that is not good.
Any help in order to reduce or hide the picture from each team member page?
