    We have just about decided to use your plugin, and may get the Pro version for a couple of the extra features, like multiple guests, tax, etc.

    A couple of questions we had though.

    1. We want to automate everything. Is there a way to automatically approve a booking for our gym? It only matters because it looks like the booking doesn’t block the time when it’s only pending. Or is there a setting to alter that?
    2. Is there some method where a member could purchase a single month’s pass, and then book any time without being charged again? Ideally expiring at the end of the month or after X days?
      One workaround might be something like having the monthly purchase as a service, and then there would be another page they could go to for a “free” booking, but the monthly purchase would then need to not have any time booked.
    3. Also, I don’t see where the cancellation or a reschedule option is available to customers. Does the admin have to do that manually?

    Hello,

    1. To make the approved appointment by default, you can set the default appointment status from BookingPress > Settings > General section. However, by default, the pending appointment also blocks the times. In case, if you’re looking to block one service’s timeslot for another service, then you can enable the ‘Share time slot between all services’ option from the same page.

    2. The feature you’re looking will be available in premium version.

    3. The rescheduling and canceling appointment for the customer is a premium version feature.
