• Hi

    Wonderful plugin.

I have two questions on the subject of reservation (Or a feature request?).

Is there a way to schedule free days between 2 users?

    For example:
User 1 has free days on Sunday, Tuesday and Friday.
User 2 has free days on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Also on each day the user can set a time when he is free for each day.

The Events Manager show both users the matching days and time both have in one color.

Where they don’t have matching days/time, they will have a different color and be able to send a change (different days/time) to each other so they will be able to meet.

On the matching days/time, the users can choose 1 day and time from the matching info so they can meet on that day and time.

  • Hi,

    Glad you’re enjoying the plugin.

What you’re trying may be possible but I think it would require quite a bit of custom coding.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I understand…
Maybe there is a simpler way or a different way for 2 people to know each others available time?

Something like a simple notepad with just options of 7 days check boxes + time for each box.
Both users can see each other changes in real time.
So if they see that they don’t have overlapping free time then both can change to make free time.

After both made changes and saw there is an available time, they can make an event from what they know.

    Something like this
    free time

Instead of “closed” it will be “Not free” or empty.
And under it if one user has no time on that week then he can check a box
“[x] I have time next week”.

    What do you say?

I think also 2 or 3 Columns that the users can see each choice.
    1 column of user 1
(Maybe middle column for both to agree?)
    second column for user 2

    P.s.

I have looked for some dropdown and found these nice ideas ??
I don’t know if it’s good to use jquerry because some people disable the JS.

    One

    Two

    Three

That might be something you could make work, but again, it’s a lot of custom coding…

    I see…
    too bad I’m not a code-savvy.

    Thank you.
