feature: option to block tor nodes

Hey! it would be a great feature to have an automated option to block know tor nodes. It can use a database to be always updated, like

https://github.com/SecOps-Institute/Tor-IP-AddressesI know tor is used for free of speech, but also to attack, just like geoip from specific countries
