• I have a few WordPress questions.
    Is it possible to have accounts with only access to edit the content of one page (or even parts of a page)?
    Is it possible to make new comment types and also give them statuses? Example: Type: Complaint, Status: Solved
    Is there some sort of Support/Ticketing plugin (paid or free) that allows multiple accounts but each account with only the ability to respond to tickets with a certain parameter?
    If none of those questions make sense, I’ll give a brief explanation of what I’m trying to do. I’d like to make a consolidated complaint&feedback website for a specific market. I’d like users to be able to make some sort of post that would display like a comment with the choice of 3 different post types (complaint, feedback, review). And if it is a Complaint have the ability for the specific merchant of that page to publicly solve the complaint/issue. Each merchant page will actually be a post in a specific category.
