Feature req – Pagination in quiz list

Hi, is there an easy hook to add pagination to the list of quizzes in the Admin panel? Now I’ve got over 80 quizes and counting and it takes time both to load the page and to scroll it.
Have you considered adding quiz categories or groups capability? I think it will make ther quiz navigation much easier.
