Feature request: 3-column thumbnail sort?

It would be cool if it’s possible to make the back-end sort look like the front end (e.g. 3 columns with thumbnails) with matching pagination.

Also, a way to address the complexity of large catalogs (100+ products) For example, moving entire rows of products to a different page.
