Feature request

It would be great if we could set the alignment (left, right, center) of “review-wrap-up” in the plugin settings, this is especially needed when a fixed width is set. And when doing this, please add an enclosing div around “review-wrap-up” AND “affiliate-button” too, so modifying it with some custom css would be much easier.
