yes I have done this, but with this method every time my theme gets updated I have to go in and re-add this snippet. wouldn’t an option to not generate the download link be better to add to the plugin as an option rather than something that goes into the theme…

If that’s a problem for you then you should definitely be using a child theme. Here’s some more info on that: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Child_Themes

Adding an option like that to the plugin is very unlikely as it would mean adding options for every item in the podcast details, which would clutter the plugin setting’s interface a whole lot, and that goes completely against the reason that I built this plugin in the first place ??
