oh it looks like it does that already but a couple customers did not enter their phone number i guess ;(

Currently, we do not capture the phone number in abandoned cart lite plugin. Thank you for your suggestion for lite version, We will try to add the same feature in our lite version.

However, we do capture the phone number in the pro version of abandoned cart plugin. If the client enters the phone number in the phone number fields on checkout page then we will capture the phone number for the guest cart.

I’m confused, I use the lite version and some abandon carts DO show the phone number, some do not… I dont understand

Can you please let me know that abandoned cart shows the phone number for logged in user or guest user?

Abandoned cart plugin lite version do not capture phone number of guest user (non logged-in user). For logged-in users, phone number is tracked if they added the phone number to their user profile.

I was confused because i saw 1 number so I assumed it worked for both logged in and not logged in..

Thanks, just bought the plugin… I wish it could take the Lite versisons abandon carts so i could get there phone numbers now but it did not transfer over :-/

The data of lite version do not transfer for the pro version of the abandoned cart plugin.

All the information of the pro version will be new from the time when you install the plugin, and the time it start capturing the guest cart from the checkout page. It will capture the phone numbers when the user enters the phone number at the checkout page.
