    I’m not sure if I should send feature requests here or open a support ticket for them.

    I’d like to detect any changes made to our customised theme.

    Could you please consider adding customised theme scanning in a future release?
    I realise that you can’t download the original for a customised theme from WordPress however the admin could supply a URL or a set the location of a local tgz file within the WordFence options menu.
