Feature Request: Add Additional Social Media Share Options (at least LinkedIn)

    I posted about this on a previous thread asking about this (i.e., https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/add-more-options-for-social-media-sharing/), but now I’m making a formal feature request.

    While I could use a third-party plugin, I’m not liking that idea. First, Jetpack’s design isn’t as sleek as Hestia’s default. Second, other third-party plugins add tons of code that can slow a page down (and don’t look as sleek). I like Hestia’s default design and would like to see at least one more social media added to the list: LinkedIn.

    Luckily today we will release an enhanced version of ThemeIsle companion, which will include a sharing module built with Hestia in mind, where you can do just that ??

    ThemeIsle Companion ( with the new name Orbit Fox Companion ) has in the latest update a module dedicated to sharing options which works really great with Hestia.
    Can you please let us know if you find tried this module and it’s what you wanted?

    I have version 2.0.1. Sadly, the Companion’s sharing module does not work properly. There’s no way for me to save the settings due to no “save” button. Also, the settings do not auto-save because when I go to another part of the WordPress dashboard then return to Orbit Fox Companion, all my setting changes are gone. As a result, only Facebook shows up, even though I said to activate Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, and Reddit, all on both desktop and mobile.

    As I said, if I leave the settings area and return, any changes I make are not saved, leaving me with the default seen in the above-linked screen shot.

    Thank you for your feedback. You are right, there is an issue with the plugin.
    There should appear two buttons, one for Save and one for Cancel, but they are hidden now.

    We are currently working on fixing this, and we’ll release an update in the next hours.
