I have created a little plugin which sits in the main admin bar (at top) and moves everything to an S3. Took me <30 minutes to write the plugin. Let me know if you’d like to have some help.

No. It’s not meant to be published. Basically what it does is

1. Unzip the static site on the server
2. Establish connection to the S3 bucket
3. Empty the bucket
4. Upload everything to the bucket

I was asking because I am not a programmer and I know the basics about PHP. I don’t feel capable to write it from zero.
