• I really love to design educational interactions with H5P using this plugin. I started as a Newby of H5P just two weeks ago and have already designed 41 interactions.

I noticed that with many created interactions the management of these different IDs pieces of content needs a better administration interface. First and foremost I miss the possibility to edit bulks of IDs. Particularly I want to add, change and delete tags from different IDs together. To add a hierarchy of folders where one can copy and paste different IDs from one position to another could be also very helpful for a better organization.

  • Hi Peter!

The site H5P.com offers all that you are looking for, but it’s a paid service. It allows seamless integration in other sites using LTI and the usual embedding, nicer reporting and some other goodies.

If H5P.com is not an option, you should head over to the feature request forum at https://h5p.org/forum/16 where other people can vote for your suggestion. More votes mean a higher probability for the H5P core team picking up a request.

Also, H5P is open source software, so you can change the code yourself or raise funds to hire someone to discuss the changes with the core team and to implement your suggestions.

    Best,
    Oliver

    Hi Oliver,

thank you for providing me with those 3 different options. I am afraid H5P.com and program development are no options for me. Concerning the reference to the h5p.org forum: My bulk request resulted from my work with the WordPress Plugin. So I thought my requested feature is part of the WordPress Plugin. At least the tag window (in the bottom right side) has the same look and feel as tag windows of other WordPress plugins.

But you are right: The next time I will check in advance where my post fits better: here at the WordPress plugin forum or at the h5p.org forum.

    Hi Peter!

You could also argue that there’s a github repository for the source code where people could post requests (and they do). The forum is a central hub for questions, requests and discussions and just better suited because that’s where other people can vote for requests.

    Best,
    Oliver
