[Feature Request] add support for roles/capabilities

I really love the plugin with its simplicity, but every user is allowed to add, edit and delete all quotes, regardless of its role. there should be a possibility to restrict it to administrators or specific roles/capabilities.

It would be great if e.g. only admins have access to the quotes. Regular users should not see the module at all.

Or even better – granular capabilities like:

?read_quotes
edit_quotes
edit_public_quotes
delete_quotes
delete_public_quotes
publish_quotes

I understand that it might be a lot of work, and a possible solution could break the possibilty to access the quotes for non-admin users, but i am absolutely convinced it is worth the decision/effort.
