Feature Request: Add to WordPress Dashboard

We use Auto Post and we’re just getting started with our website.

Could you add the “Update the Feed Database” and “Fetch Feed Items Now” buttons to a dashboard panel?

That would help with any times the site isn’t getting good enough traffic to run the crons.
