feature request: add which theme/plugin registered which image sizes

    Hello,

    fantastic plugin! but it is missing 1 important feature in my opinion.
    We need to know which image size is defined by which theme or plugin, so we can now which ones we can disable.
    Can you please add this feature?

    thank you for your amazing fast response!
    that would be great!!
    another thing that would be nice to add is a an indication that the ” Regenerate Thumbnails”page is still busy regenerating images (especially when it takes long), because now you do not know if the page is doing anything.
