Feature Request: Admin Bookings

Hi there,

It would be extremely helpful if we could make manual bookings from the back-end. I run tournaments, and sometimes participants talk to me face to face over the phone and ask me to register them for the tournament. I direct them to register for themselves, but that feels like bad customer service.

It would be excellent if we could add a new booking from the back-end and assign it to a user account.
