I apologize for the double post. But the other post request is marked as “resolved”, is 10 months old, and the actual feature is not present in the plugin.

It would be a shame for this feature request to be dismissed for a technicality such as a wrong post status.

Count me as one of the MANY who would really like to see this feature integrated into the plugin.

With the growing popularity of tweeting images on Twitter, I think it would be a good feature to be able to attach post’s featured image in a tweet.

Hi. I have knocked up a version that will include the featured image in a tweet if one exists. Upload this verison (includes the codebird twitter wrapper). No new settings – should just work.

It works fine but there are some warning messages appears while tweets are sent. In case we need to fix.

Warning: trim() expects parameter 1 to be string, object given in /home/test/public_html/ilikesocialmedia.com/wp-content/plugins/tweetily-tweet-wordpress-posts-automatically/xml.php on line 9
