    Hi,
    it is a great plugin, however, maybe it would be possible to add an extra option

    We have user forums and ‘support’ forums – which are answered by experts.
    and it would make sense if all ‘support’ forums had the [support] enabled by default
    so experts could simply mark topics as answered/resolved

    while stander/user forums should not have this option at all, because most of them are just a chit chat…

    would it be possible to have this in a future version of the plugin?

    i wonder if it’s a good idea.. What happens if the moderator says it’s not a support question ? The topic is no more at the right place..

    Oh, I did not realise, it was already posted,

    but to answer your question,

    that’s correct – if it is not a support question – Moderator can move the topic to other forum.. or delete it etc,,

    the whole purpose of those forums is support by experts – and they will decide if the question will be answered – or is irrelevant (does not need their support – and in effect is a spam in this forum)

    Generally, we wouldn’t interfere in any plugin’s topics. Even if it was a topic about a feature request as this (by & large) still comes under the broad heading of “support”. The only time we might intervene is if the discussion turned to paying for new features – in which case we might politely ask for the discussion to continue elsewhere.

    @esmi I am sorry, not sure I understand..

    I was talking about the bbpress forums we run on a site – where we have some experts. and they would love the feature I mentioned in the first post ??

    I hope I understood you though ??
