Feature request: block from proxy/allow location

Thanks, a very handy and useful plugin.

One wonderful additional option would be the ability to block from the proxy db while still allow access from the IP db within the chosen countries.

Nothing good ever comes out of a tor/vpn and obviously the smart people aren’t exposing their real IPs when attacking a site.
