Feature Request: Block Throttled Users

Hi, I find that it is better practice to set page not found errors to throttle and not block due to how common it is for hard to find broken links to cause false positives. That said, when you look at the logs for these sites you will often see that there are a handful of obviously malicious probative actions based on how many times an IP has been throttled. Could you add a permanent block button next to throttled results just like you have for blocked results? Thanks.
