[Feature Request] Capabilities

Hello,

One of my biggest complaints with this plugin is all the core features are set in options-general.php. This page requires the manage_options capability, which ensures that only the highest user level (administrator) can access these settings. Being able to ban users, add channels, or moderate the chat is only available to administrative users.

I’d love to see this moved outside options-general.php and have actual capabilities put into place for managing these settings so that the Website Administrator can give these capabilities to other user roles such as Editors, Shop Managers, or site Custom Roles.
