• Including all product variations, our shop has about 1000 products.

The query is going to be big regardless, I get that. But limiting the query to only a few columns that I need would be a huge performance boost. Also it would provide a better results page, showing less information.

    For example..
I could create a query to pull up all products with a sale price. I don’t really want to see every single column, I just need the sale price, sale start, sale end, product ID and title. Maybe the original price also. The query could be smaller (faster) and the results page would be much less wide. I don’t know about you, but scrolling left to right is pretty slow vs up and down. I suppose someone with a trackball might complain less ??

    Thanks for the feedback!

You can customize your view by starting with the Standard Columns and then hiding a column and naming your View.

    1. Filter the products and select “Standard Columns” from the View dropdown menu.

    2. Once you have the Standard Columns view selected, click on any column header and choose “Hide Column”.

    3. You will be prompted to provide a name for your new custom view. After you click OK, you can add any columns you want to see by clicking the “Edit View” button.

    4. Click on the columns you want to show in the grid.

I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved since we haven’t heard back. Best of luck with your store!
