Feature Request: Countdown until lockout

Would really like the login screen to display the number of tries a user has left before he is locked out. Basically I’m thinking of the functionality provided by Limit Login Attempts.
I think it will be good feedback for my clients who may have forgotten their password. Rather than keep trying and getting locked out, I’d rather they contacted me so I could sort it out.
