    Hi team,

Thank you for this amazing plugin, you’re making the internet a better place :).

I have a small feature request and I have not found a better place to post this. Under Firewall in the Login Attempts panel, it would benefit to have the country flags next to the IP address for both, failed and successful login attempts.

Case in point, client’s site got compromised due to a weak password. Unfortunately the password was set before the WF plugin was enabled, so it wasn’t prevented. There was only 1 login attempt at the time of the attack and it was successful – it came from a foreign country. If the flag was present next to the IP address, the client would have noticed the rogue login attempt much earlier since all the users are within the same locale.

    That’s all, thank you!

  • I’d add, if the flags are a feature, please give us an option to disable. I hate them, just more clutter, though as stated above I understand they might be useful. MTN

    Hi @dimchik,

You could already get a similar result by going to the Live Traffic page and filtering the traffic on “Logins and Logouts”.

    Would that work for you?

@wfyann, thank you for responding! I do realize the flags are displayed in the live traffic view and can be filtered. One can google the IP address and find out the country of origin (potentially faster). The whole point was to be able to spot inconsistency in the access by glancing at the dashboard. I do also realize that it’s not useful to everyone, but it could be helpful. You guys are awesome with or without the feature, keep doing the amazing work!

@mountainguy2 – I respect your point as well, I’m a huge fan of simplicity!

    Hi @dimchik,

    Thanks for elaborating!

I passed on your feature request so we can discuss it internally.
