(Feature request) Country whitelist?

    Hi, I wish there was a country whitelist option.

    Sometimes the plugin blocks registration even the IP has very few spam history (like 2 or 3).

    And I think it is a mistake, I want to prevent it by country whitelists.

    or can you recommend me any measures to prevent it?
